Bible Studies

• Men’s Sunday Night meets Sundays at 6:30pm in the meeting room above church office.
• Women’s Bible Study Group will resume meeting on Wednesday nights at 6pm starting January 9th.
• Monday/Wednesday Bible Study will resume on January 14^th with a study focused on 1 & 2 Peter.

Bible Information Class. Do you know of someone who has questions about the Bible? Are you a guest today who wants to learn more about our ministry at St. Stephen’s? Are you a member who wants a review of the basic teachings of the Bible? We will be starting a Bible Information Class on January 10. We meet at either 11:00 AM, or 7:30 PM, in the church basement. If these times do not work, we will also be flexible to fit your schedule. Feel free to talk to one of the pastors for more details!

Health Ministry: Our congregation health ministry team will be available to provide blood pressure and diabetes screening, as well as other health literature this Sunday from 8:30 – 10:30am. in the church basement.

Leftovers?? Twice Is Nice in Jefferson will accept donations of clothing, household items, toys, books, dishes, etc. All these donations help to benefit Lakeside Lutheran High School. You may bring these items to the church office. Volunteers take them to the store.

Hospital Reminder Your pastors love to bring God’s comforting Word to our hospitalized members!  All hospitals however, cannot let the church office know unless you call us or ask them to call us. Please do not hesitate to call.

2019 MOHW Conference: The 10^th annual MEN of His Word conference “Built on the Rock” will be held at the Best Western Premier Waterfront Convention Center in Oshkosh on Saturday, February 9^th, 2019.  Please go online at www.menofhisword.org to register and get details about schedule, breakout sessions, keynote speakers, and cost.

Un-Decorating For Christmas   

20 people or more needed   Sunday, January 13^th – 11:30 am       Taking all decorations down from Christmas.  Thank you to those who helped with the decorating!  We’ll need you again on the 13^th.

Annual Report Reminder As the year nears its close it’s time for our ministries, boards, committees and organizations to submit reports on their activity in 2018 for the congregation’s Annual Report booklet.  Reports should be to the church office no later than tomorrow,
January 7.  They may be delivered personally or by e-mail office@saintstephen.org.

Call Meeting for School Principal will be next Sunday, January 13^th at 11:40am.  All voting members are encouraged to attend.

Lutheran Teens will hold their next event on January 19. We are going tubing at Sunburst Ski Hill in Kewaskum. The cost will be $25, with additional money needed as we will stop to eat on the way home. More information and a sign-up are located in the entry.

Labels and Boxtops We are continually collecting Boxtops for Education and  Milk Moola bottle caps or bags from Kwik Trip.  Collection containers are in the church basement or send them to school with the children. Thank you for your donation!

2018 Offering Statements can be emailed or printed for anyone in need of the documentation for tax purposes.  Please sign up in the back of church or email office@ssbdwels.net if a statement is needed.
